FYI - If you submit a request by EOD Wednesday of the current week, your Go Live date should be the following Monday. Later submissions (Thurs/Fri) would go live the second Monday after submitting your request. This can change due to other circumstances.

Submit an onsite support request to your Site Support Analyst.
Add Person Needing Support -> ☑ Clinical Efficiency Tools -> ☑ DAX Copilot -> Explain Support Needs
Open the app store on your iPhone and tap the circle in the top right.
Pull down to refresh the account screen then scroll down to the Upcoming Updates section.
Tap Update All or scroll down and tap Update next to Haiku. If Haiku is not in the list, it is currently up to date.
